She speaks well, and is clearly intelligent, which puts her streets ahead of most of the other candidates as well the last chancer.

Although, with that ripping of Rayner, I’d question the actual content of what she’s saying, as the dodgy contracts and Test and Trace / PPE is pretty well documented, and at best was shambolic mismanagement, and at worst cronyism.
