Apart from the 1.2 billion Euros in aid (March to May) ; The European Investment Bank, the lending arm of the EU, promises 100 billion Euros in aid for the future reconstruction of Ukraine ; 5.3 million refugees have entered the EU.

For contrast, as of 29/5, the UK has allowed in 65,700 refugees from Ukraine - 10 refugees per 100,000 of the UK population. Germany has allowed 720,000 from Ukraine - 87 refugees per 100,000 of the German population.

Never get facts in the way of your EU bashing.

Of course the vast majority of refugees are in the EU, it borders Ukraine, where else can they go, Russia, Belarus ?…how many have gone to the USA or Canada which are a bit further away….meanwhile France and Germany have promised but delivered very little in respect of actually providing kit for Ukraine to defend themselves. Macron has made more grovelling phone calls to Putin than Boris has made supportive calls to Zelensky. The Baltic countries and Poland have been brilliant, they understand, U.K. and USA have been brilliant, they understand…Germany, France and Italy would sell Ukraine down the river in a heartbeat…..
