This isn't some teenager holding a house party, he's supposed to be the leader of the nation.

a) when folk strictly adhered to rules with often heartbroken consequence, the man at the top preached to us every night about obeyence whilst facilitating and taking part in disobedience.

b) he lied to Parliament and the public.

‘Getting away with it’ is contrary to the values and principles of the British Constitution. It genuinely sends our politics in a very dangerous direction. Folk should be concerned he’s getting away with it.

Boris is one man, he has a head of the CS, he has Cabinet Ministers who have permanent secretaries, they have ministers and various heads of departments and they run a further 5 or 600,000 civil servants. The ’parties’ appear to have been organised, run by and attended by civil servants, Boris was invited to say a few words at one or two of them, he also attended the ludicrously entitled birthday party with orange juice. Whether you like it or not, he brought us through Covid, his financial support to individuals and businesses was a godsend, he is regarded as a hero in Ukraine and he will sort out the economy. You give him no praise for his success but criticise for the dullest birthday party on the planet…maybe, just perhaps, all the haters on here admit that it’s about the fact that Labour are led by an imbecile with no chance of electoral success …..

Well it’s pretty disappointing that people are allowed to get away with these things. It further erodes political accountability and means the public have an even lower opinion of U.K. politicians. If you think that is ok then fair enough.

It’s not ok, and anyone who has ever seen my posts on here knows that I have respect for none of them. I’ve lost count of the times that I have clearly stated that I would sack the lot and start again…..
