You don’t really, theres more to life than petty politics.....everyone is equal and similar with a decent pint in their hand....

When Boris looked like he was about to croak it, I heard a Tory minister say 'he's not just me boss, or my colleague, he's my friend'. And I thought that was quite nice. Then I heard another minister say exactly the same thing and I thought that's a bit weird. Then I heard another different minister say exactly the same words and realised they actually haven't got a decent bone in their bodies and someone has to write the lines for them to even attempt to make them look empathetic.

It's a very rare and strange thing when someone who is either from this city or supports Everton are also a Tory, but life is kin weird like that, but I'd never align myself with the stuck ponses

Everton won most of their titles and cups when Liverpool had a Conservative led council......not since 1972 of course.....times and people change, they always do.....

Ofcourse, like I said, life is weird like that, from what I've seen or grew up around I'd never lean that way

As you say times change and Liverpool pre 72 was probably a very different place but things happen, people get burnt and it probably takes a few generations to ever change that perception of a political party, can't see it changing in mine or my kids time though
