Reform Party (Brexit Party), played its hand yesterday no denying. I have little faith in large section of electorate either they appear very to punch themselves in the face repeatedly.

The politics of demonisation and hatred failed miserably.

Should be mechanisms in place to force a general election when it is clear the publics view has changed. Such as with the results of numerous by-elections with record breaking swings away from the governing party.

Agreed.

I think there should be an independent body such as the FCA to monitor arrangements and the effects it has on the economy.

If it becomes clear that a government is devaluing the country they should be ousted and held accountable for their actions.

Yeah I reckon if Johnson was still in charge, polls would be a lot closer.

It's pretty much an open goal for labour (still) but there is so little personality between the leaders that Johnson would probably win more votes just for being him, regardless of the absolute mess he made

Boris wasn’t a heavyweight by the way. He was a national embarrassment, criminally charged PM, massively corrupt politician and serial lying narcissist, those things are all pretty undeniable, yet you still defend him, it’s quite incredible behaviour for a grown man.
