Personally I don't think its helpful to seperate out individuals. Since at least circa 2015 the culture of the party has been increasingly infighting, games playing, and truly shameless self interest and ambition.

It doesn't matter who ended up plunging the knife, someone would have. Because that's what the party norm has become. It's a collective effort. 10/10. They're masters at it.

Yes, all politicians and political parties suffer from the above, but it's on another level with this lot.

And the country suffers.

Everybody knows and knew that Boris tells porkies. They did before he was elected and they did when he was made Leader of the Conservative Party. However people also have a sense of fair play, and having the likes of Harperson and Jenkins both of whom prejudged the outcome and have been able to come up with nothing more than supposition and innuendo without any actual evidence is a disgrace tbh….
