Didn't fancy boris and cummings lackeys in #11, so forfeit the chancellors job, and now sensing sunak is out of his depth versus the tide of bad will has backed out of running all together. When sunak takes the good ship tory through a landslide loss I wonder who the party go to to rid themselves of the stench of johnson and his acolytes....
There’ll be many more resignations in the coming months I reckon, the tories know they’re in deep trouble but rather than try and fix the problems they’ve caused I think they’ll basically throw the next election and say “go on then labour, sort out the mess we’ve created”, unfortunately this mess won’t be fixed in one term and the people will then vote the tories back in as labour won’t have solved all the problems… it’s a sad future for sure.Sajid Javid to stand down as MP at next election
