A very sad case where Awaab Ishak (two years old) has suffered death through an air born mould in the damp flat he lived in with his parents. Never one to miss an opportunity...
Michael Gove
"Mr Gove said he had summoned the head of the housing association, who earned £170,000 in the year of Awaab's death, to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
RBH's financial reports show Mr Swarbrick's pay increased to £185,000 the year after Awaab's death."

309 Tory MPs voted against a bill that would have required rented accommodation was fit for human habitation.

A quarter of Tory MPs are private landlords.

How anyone can be opposed to housing being fit for human habitation? It just beggars belief.

We're going to hear a statement to the effect of "We're all in this together" today coming from a government led by the richest PM in Parliament probably since records began, the irony.

The Tories are basically low growth, high tax, bad services.

Enough is enough.
The real skill of conservative governments around the world is that they create "problems" to fix. That way, they don't have to address the real issues, like social equity.

COVID was like winning the lottery for the Torries, but they've also blamed Russia, china, Brexit, the migrant "crisis", the war in Afghanistan and the NHS. I suppose we should just be grateful that they haven't attacked our own democracy and freedoms like the loons in the US, although I don't think that would be too far away.

Except they never fix these 'problems'. Usually just blame it on the foreigns
