What a silly response.

Why? People have been using the same rhetoric you used a few posts ago to describe the NHS for decades. It would help your cause a great deal if you could firstly not cry wolf so often, and secondly be more specific about what aspects of the NHS are struggling, why they are struggling, and what can be done to improve matters. Throwing out silly platitudes does nothing but allow you to virtue signal.

I'm sorry, but your response of "oh well, it has always been like this - you virtue signaler" does very little but add to the apathy that has led to so many of the things you despise.

But it has, and I'm not referring to the challenges facing the NHS being the same, I'm referring to the frequent assertions that it is in crisis. The University of Oxford explain it more eloquently than I can here - https://theconversation.com/the-nhs-is-not-in-crisis-heres-why-71261

It's a line that is trotted out by people whose only agenda is to show how they care for 'our NHS', whilst demonising whomever is either governing it today or was responsible for it in the past. It's a level of politicisation that does tremendous harm to the service.

See above. Assertions that it is in crisis are trotted out every year, despite funding growing enormously. They're absolutely meaningless.

It's almost as if the money isn't spent correctly.

And, y'know, there exist people who want that money to go to the areas in which need it more.

Or am I "virtue signalling" to you?

Hang on Joe, you voted out? Why on earth have you waited until now to tell us? Joking aside, how are you feeling now?
Slowly on the mend - the tablet to protect my kidneys was to strong in the effect my kidneys had deteriorated that the potassium build up been causing hyperkalemia - I have been of it two weeks now since admission to hospital today start 1/2 the dose today get bloods done in a month to see if potassium levels are ok- thanks for asking;)
The problem is my bloods may show its ok but if it holds in my kidneys ie build up its a 999 job for an ambulance -5 times now in 2 years.........
