There's no way you could understand this, but you reach a point where recompense is not expressed in payslips.

All of my restitution for promoting the Lilt, for example, takes the form of donations to my numerous charitable foundations.

It gets a bit murky here, but, essentially I then draw down compensation from these foundations. I don't own anything, which means I don't pay any tax.

Mr. Barton can only dream of such shenanigans, I suspect.
