Mate, haven't had gout since I started on allopurinol 4 years ago... I tried controlling it through diet but it didn't work. Just chug more water and get on the drugs

Sorry to break it to you, but I've spent it wrapped on Sean's strong manly arms consoling him about the Burnley gig.

He's defo up for taking over when Lampard gets booted in a Benitez 8 led coup.

( Not to be confused with the other ALF -The Animal Liberation Front )
