Unfortunately, Big Oil seems to emerge from his induced coma when the Zatmonster goes to bed.

You can tell when Big Oil has arrived, as the post count drops to almost zero, as everyone suddenly finds work to do lol

I always assumed the red banner, or the line through the username was shown to everyone when they were banned.
