I understand nothing about cyber currencies, except the amount of pollution they are creating. In an effort at self betterment I went into the thread, absolutely none the wiser.

It all just looks like a modern South Sea Bubble. But with added pollution and pseudo-gamer vocabulary "mine currency" sounds like something my kids do to level up their elves.
