Only caught up with the play this evening.

Wood absolutely incredible today - him and tounge (a fit archer) would be a nightmare for the Aussies… but a huge mention to Mitch Marsh as well, kept Australia in the game with his innings…incredible really from a bit part player.

More and more becoming obvious how Carey being so much better than Baristow as a keeper is going to play a big part in the series winner. Foolish not to play Foakes who imo is the best wicket keeper in world cricket…baristow doesn’t provide enough with the bat to compensate for his failings as a wicket keeper. Root dreadful at first slip today as well - especially considering the standard Warner has shown there.

England need a big one from root tomorrow.
