I've consulted the forum rules, and there appears to be no rule stating that a supporter of another team is restricted from making such a thread. If the poster who objected to me making the thread can highlight the forum rule which states that doing so breached the conditions of signing up to the forum then I will refrain from creating such threads going forward, until then though its just whining.
