The man who accidentally shot his daughter was taken to Bell County Jail, I thought it was rather apt. I'd imagine it had a lot of inmates.

Yep, voted against expanding background checks at gun shows and internet sales, barring people with serious mental health issues from buying, and even preventing people who have been on the government's terrorist watch list from buying. And both the mental illness and terrorist watch list bills allowed for the people trying to purchase to be able to challenge or appeal being denied if they were.
Just mind boggling and frankly disgusting, but perhaps worst of all completely unsurprising.

It's interesting that given the apparently liberal acceptance of guns that Trump made sure that no guns were allowed at his event. I mean did he not want thousands of Trump supporters protecting him with their personal arsenal?
