WTF is a matter with my country?
The fact he can do this every day with a machine gun at a school bus stop!!
In this country, if you waved a pellet gun around once, in any public place there'd be armed police deployed rapidly. I know this cos it happened to us!

I had a police van stop me on my way to a fancy dress party once as there had been calls about someone walking around with a gun. I was dressed up as Indiana Jones with a whip, fedora etc. and a plastic gun.
It's obviously in the 2nd amendment that you can wave a semi-automatic rifle at a children's bus stop, as our forefathers intended.
That's pretty much the story in the UK.. Guns are fairly accessible here. You just can't get the ammo!

It makes more sense when the 'both sides treatment' is mandated by the state, to be sure.
You would think there are laws about that sort of thing in even this red state, but there aren't. He can't take the gun onto the bus, school property or to any event sanctioned by a school board. He can, however, stand there like he's patrolling a wall we need him on. He could also smoke right there if he wished.
