It is the same argument "they" use for George Floyd, he broke the law in the past therefore being killed by a few white guys is fine.
They cannot see it, but I have heard it so many times from these sorts.
to add, it is total whatabouterry! Imagine justifying murder because they had done something wrong in their past, by that metric I'd be loooong dead.

i started by mentioning the media coverage of a certain incident and ended up defending my point by looking at Arberys bad choices- he was a tool who couldn`t or wouldn`t stay out of trouble with the police.

there is footage of police trying to taser him
Arbery was a troubled kid with a history of mental instability which is quite obvious when you hear that he thought it was a good idea to run at some geezer who had a shotgun.
some Looney-Toon posters have gone over the top wacko saying if someone has a gun and you run at them then you`re less likely to be shot.

To add to this muppets pathetic theory, a simple google search suggests that if a gun is pointed at you, you need to try and grab it! It’s a recognised method of defence
