I’m not so sure. If I had to bet I would go with him getting away. But I do think there is a chance. Especially with him having called out Romanian police for being corrupt and that’s the reason he moved there. My guess would be that a lot will hinge on what the women he was pimping say. If they all stay quiet/say there was genuinely no coercion going on and everything they did was of their own free will then he’ll be fine.

Then the problem it seems though is that if he isn’t (allegedly) keeping them hostage. So who are the witnesses? And he is running casinos out there which I guess might come with other corrupt protections which might shield him.

A lot might also hinge on if the American victim presses charges as he will then be open to extradition. It’s a horrible situation and from everything he has said he seems very guilty. At the very least it’s enough to hopefully dwindle his influence and dry up his chances of exploiting people.

I would like to think they have a case if the judge has given them an extension, I have no idea whether thats normal or not in Romania tho.

I guess we just need to hope they have built a strong case, ideally we need to see other counties enter the fray and really pile it on.

I knew nothing of the guy before this thread, but he’s a truly despicable human being. Makes me despair at society that there are enough people lauding the guy, and giving him money to make him rich. He deserves nothing but condemnation. Boils my p!ss people like him.

The legal side will play out, and I can only hope about the outcome.

But I thought his general misogynistic comments and obviously terrible personality was bad enough, and it annoyed me that he was getting young, impressionable guys bought into his cause, but I had no idea about the obvious exploitation of the women he pulls into his business, and the callousness and pride that he takes in doing so. How anyone can watch those clips of himself talking about that, and buy into it, or stick up for him is mind boggling.

Sorry, ranting here. But I saw him as a laughable irrelevance, only having any significance to incels, but I’m starting to understand he’s an exploitative monster (by his own words), and it’s wound me right up.

Instead of mocking and deriding Tate, we should be furious in our dealings with him. He and his disgusting behaviour and views should be driven out into the harsh light and seen as the contemptible harmful corruption of decency that it is.
