We live in an age where accountability is a thing of the past I’m afraid. People say and do very silly things and then when they are proved wrong, carry on regardless, pretending it never happened. But. It DID happen

There’s many on here demanding honesty and integrity from politicians so I make this thread to help them lead their way, by perhaps reviewing some of their posts in the Moyes and match threads today on grand old team do com.

Should others want to quote their posts and start the process I’m sure the community would thank you.

Here is our resident self proclaimed Mr Football Expert Owl @Zatara claiming:

Now in any reasonable reality, after such an outrageous claim was proved wrong (almost instantly), the perpetrator would be thrown into a dungeon and left to live out the rest of their days eating rats and drinking piss water.

Sadly now in this Bannon post-truth world, they continue to post about football as though they have a doctorate on the subject.

It’s a sad state of affairs

Thank you for your contribution friend. This was from 2024 and I was hoping to show our famed sense of goodwill and draw a line on the past until the year of Our Lord 2026. Everyone else is spot on though.

My recent, footy related, favourite was claiming the Moyes satisfaction poll results are skewed because people are taking into account last season. This season obviously being a total disaster.
