Now listen we all have moments of madness where we say and do things that make us look silly in hindsight. And that’s ok, it’s part of the growing process if we own up to the silly moments, own them and vow to be better next time.

It’s with this in mind dear reader that I introduce The Accountability Arena 2026 where we can help each other for posts this year that are in hindsight a little silly.

…sorry, you said you were ‘baffled’ by those decisions when they are totally understandable, even if you disagree 😄

Fortunately he’s making the right calls, he might just know what he’s doing.

If he had made the right decisions I would argue we would be in the top 5 on well over 40+ points.

A last ditch away win at Fulham and a lucky away draw at Brighton does not change that.

Yes I am baffled by it, as I disagree with him, it doesn’t make sense to me. Does that make sense to you or can you not understand it???

Hello friends I’d like to welcome you to TAA26 where you can settle your differences in perceived knowledge of soccer by a simple search through each other’s posts this year, and heal.

….different type of player than Barkley or Grant, not as technical as either of them. Good range of passing, terrific engine,

I know McEveley’s dad from his junior school days, Scottish international. Like his dad, he’s from the Cardinal Heenan production line and very tall. More of a converted CB.
If you think Harry Armstrong isn’t a technical football then sorry buddy but you just don’t know ball.
