So, no frozen pitch tomorrow? A bit soggy, possibly?
Not frozen - been a bit frosty last 2 nights - Grass was white but soft, Pitch is perfect & takes the water very well since we have been there - There was no need to delay game last week and Hour delay was agreed the morning of the day before based on how the weather the days before had been

Everton go out the cup at the 1st stage in the 4th Round, we hit the post twice Once each half while the Birmingham keeper made some very good saves, Birmingham basically had 1 shot in the 2nd minute saved easy and the goal on the hour

Bad result but gotta be impressed with the bigger picture goals
The result did not matter the performance to be fair despite not been at our brilliant best going from the last few weeks, Though we didn't start of as fast as the last few games we still should have had 3 or so goals - the save the Brum keeper made from Aggie's free kick was very good as well as a one handed save via her own player with about 15mins to go, while Courtney had no chance with their goal - The next game comes against a team we never seem to beat - bar one cup game which is off course Man Utd which is probably the only team Everton have failed to perform against this season

Did you say the result did not matter? I must have misread it. ?

I know the men's team is crap but surely an FA cup home defeat against a third rate team like Birmingham does matter? Aston Villa scored 11 against a rubbish team. This club is going to pot on all fronts.
It’s a bad result but like the men’s game, the big teams only focus on getting into Europe, something the Women have an outside chance of being 5th in the league

They have zero chance baring a utter miracle, the Girls have to be Top 3 and the top 3 has been the same for the last 8 years etc, Everton were by far the better team today with Birmingham only having 2 shots on goal while we had double figures, Birmingham are one of the favs to be promoted after been relegated last season, and have many Internationals in their team, so its not like they were like 4/5/6 Tiers down the ladder like the teams Villa, Arsenal etc beat easy, I would be certain the Birmingham keeper won player of the match

The Boss was aiming for 5th/6th this season due to the top 4 been miles ahead of everyone and with Spurs doing well last season - Spurs have spent a lot as have villa this season, then to go on from there so we are probably a touch ahead based on where he thought - but one Loan player that is here is due to stay next season so far
