Seems like a no brainer?I think if the House impeached him again tomorrow there is a genuine chance he'd get removed from office if they could finish the trial in time. The Senate is really done with him.

You still gotta get 17 GOPs to flip. It is for you and me but that's still 17 people who have no morals at all.Seems like a no brainer?
I have to throw out a quick f you to Lindsey Graham though who is going to try and act like none of this happened now. Like he wasn't calling up GA trying to get them to commit an actual election fraud a couple of weeks ago. Scum. The majority of Trump's bosom buddies in the senate soundly rejecting him has been a slightly pleasant outcome from this crapshow of a day. Graham and McConnell especially deciding they're done with him is a fitting ending.
Oh, there will be at least 17 who are begging for the opportunity to try and wash the Orange stank off with a single vote. You still gotta get 17 GOPs to flip. It is for you and me but that's still 17 people who have no morals at all.
Make the motion and put them to the test? You still gotta get 17 GOPs to flip. It is for you and me but that's still 17 people who have no morals at all.
It could be. I know these people are wholly governed by self interest but their reluctance to do the right thing for four years makes me hesitant still.Oh, there will be at least 17 who are begging for the opportunity to try and wash the Orange stank off with a single vote.
Absolutely.Make the motion and put them to the test?
“Just asking questions“I have to throw out a quick f you to Lindsey Graham though who is going to try and act like none of this happened now. Like he wasn't calling up GA trying to get them to commit an actual election fraud a couple of weeks ago. Scum.
I posted a couple days ago that we're in a race between the GOP tearing up itself or democracy. I don't know which will come first. But that race is on unless we very strongly reprimand this entire Trump fiasco that went down these four years.I do wonder if Hawley, Cruz and company siding with Trump can have lasting impacts on creating riffs within the party. I can definitely see, or at least hope, Trump or similar runs as 3rd party in 2024. Which would likely neuter the right leaning vote.
