You can't see it but it's your type that the extreme right react to. They fear the extremism in the opposite direction, and thus it fuels their own extremism. The left react to the right in exactly the same way, but it's funny how each side can't see how extreme they personally are; they can only understand the extremity of the opposite side.

The extreme right won't compromise with the left, you won't compromise with the extreme right, and that's why I say "grown ups need to enter the room" who can facilitate that compromise, instead of extremists in power like Trump or by listening to extremists on the other side out of power like yourself.

And you'll react badly to the word extremist there but, sorry, that's how I view you from what you post. That's why I bolded the above; you have absolutely no ability to compromise, and that's an extremist trait.

But again, I didn't mean to go off tangent - whilst I talk about "left" and "right" here, I am not drawing a false equivalence in terms of what is happening in the US tonight; this is, by far and away, the worst, most despicable action of the lot, by a massive distance.

It doesn't. "Toxicity" is a measure used only because people don't want to admit that one side (the far right) kills more people now, has historically killed more people, has more political power for a much longer period of time and much more media influence than the left (never mind the far left, who in the US are a nonentity and have been for decades).

Can't argue with that at all mate, historically the far right have silenced killed and committed atrocities that are unexplainable.

The rise of Antifa is a worry though, fighting "fascists" while doing fascist things it's not on the same level worldwide as the far right but doesn't mean they're not an issue anyone who is liberal/socialist.

In the UK the far right has been and still a huge issue, I just hope Antifa never make it over to these shores because we can get our country back without the need of heavy handed thugs.

The best thing is though mate that, with COVID and now this, the country literally in the toilet, the only way is up for Biden. He'll get full credit for the post-COVID health and economic recovery, sweep the midterms as this will be heavily leveraged, and the Dems will probably sweep up in the next election too.

The idea of Trump running next time after this is not horrifying anymore; it's laughable.
