However while Biden ‘won’ the climate change part, I thought Trump ‘won’ on Law and Order and the economy. I think Trump will win......

I think it's close thanks to the EC. Trump will lose the popular vote by somewhere between 6 to 10 million tho.
Trump won nothing last night.
Think about who he needs to convince. He already has the ear of the racists who make up his base. He needed to convince moderate republicans that he's the man to lead their party in to government over the next four years.
There was no coming back from failing to denounce white supremacists or interrupting Biden talking about Bow to fling dirt at Hunter.
Biden turning to the camera and explaining that Hunter has fought a battle with drug addiction was a highlight.
It was a crapshow last night. Nobody fared well but Trump faired way worse than Biden.

I think Trump is winning on the economy too (less so on law and order) but he seems to struggle to stay on message.
To me there are sort of two Donald Trumps. One of the Donald Trump of TV, super successful, great dealmaker, mega brand etc. He's a fantasrtic salesman of that brand (that being himself). The other is probably more the reality, a fairly obnoxious, power hungry, racist, misogystic bully. You often find that with sales people from experience, the bluff and reality are quite different. I'd never really go to soeone in sales for an honest assessment of anything!
The issue with the campaign is it's proving hard to get out the former and hide the latter. However stupid it may seem to some, people believe in him. They believe he can make the country great again (I remember Harild Wilson said similar of this country being international salesman of Britain). It's a positive message. Entrepreners are often gamblers in that way, back themselves to make successes of things that seem illogical or impossible or ridiculpus to 90% of us. People like that and I can understand why.
I don't think people have seen enough of that Trump, over the last 4 years or over the last 4 months.
Hopefully all the years of eating McDonald's and the stress of the election fight will catch up to Trump and do the world a big favour

Trump's only winning on the economy because people hate thinking historically. If you look at the rate of US economic growth over the past decade, its ascent is pretty much a straight line: Trump inherited a growing economy from Obama-Biden but people credit him with creating it. And no one points out that when Obama came into office, once again a Democratic POTUS had to direct all his energy to saving the f'n economy after a disastrous GOP tenure.
