I'm glad biden won and it's nice everyone is celebrating but not a big fan of these crowds with covid numbers being our highest yet

Lots of people could potentially caught it whilst voting indoors on Tuesday. And now, just when those infected are most contagious (pre symptom) there is more mass gatherings, not great is it.

I know there are lots of masks and so far mostly outdoors but can’t see that lasting into the night when drinking really kicks in unfortunately.

The criticism is fair, particularly given lack of social distancing. At the very least, from what I’ve been able to tell, I haven’t seen a single person celebrating not wearing a mask. The Trump supporters at the rallies were aggressively anti-mask.

Seriously though, what happened to the red wave ? Do you think it's possible you spent a bit too much time in your right wing echo chamber ? It was never going to be a landslide for either candidate yet you were certain of one for Trump. On what basis did you make this prediction and looking back do you now see that you were wide of the mark ?
