I haven't seen this one, but I've seen past confrontations with him that have gone to Neil. When I saw Dave's post my eyebrow was higher than Carlo's and Roger Moore's put together.

I looked at it stylistically: it's an example of how Neil's bluster can be wrapped up and sent back to him with interest on it. Neil bullies people into submission; browbeats them. Regardless of the individual concerned and his views, we saw Neil fail to do that when someone was prepared to stand their ground - however shaky it is.
