Made it almost ten minutes before Trump insinuated that the moderator has it in for him.

Disagree with this completely. Trump has probably spent five minutes ruthlessly attacking Biden’s son, a recovering drug addict. Biden has wisely showed restraint and not gone after Trump’s kids, which would be all too easy. The moderator works for Trump's beloved Fox News. To quote Stalin, "Gratitude is a disease of dogs."
Biden's speech has been a word salad mess for decades. I find it interesting that it was a punchline when it was W. mangling the English language, and a sign of senility when it's Biden doing the same.
In my opinion, Biden's team lost the debate for him when they agreed to a format that permitted Trump to continually interrupt, and that precluded the moderator from follow-up fact checking questions. Trump successfully got under Biden's skin early on and was given free reign to gaslight, and the results were Americans tuning out or changing the channel.
Nate Silver is saying tonight that it's not a winning strategy for Trump to fight to a draw from a losing position, but I respectfully disagree. Trump has brought Biden down to his level somewhat with the interruptions, prevented Biden from putting decorum and humanity on display, and rendered the remaining debates meaningless. I don't know if that's enough, but I do think it's about the best return that Trump could have gotten from the debates.
