I heard earlier that there will be no more counting or updates in Nevada until tomorrow.

Thats what they said originally but its changed due to interest

We allow tax returns to be based on post mark date not arrival at IRS office. I see no reason it can't be similar for votes.
Also, an individual has control over when something is post marked after that it is out of their hands.

Maybe when you are dealing with something as important as the election of a new president there has to be a more efficient way of getting things done.

So Trump and GOP wouldnt let these states start the count early so they could have been decided now, but dont want them to count afterwards? Makes sense.
