I don't see how Biden can pick up half a million votes in PA; most districts in Pittsburgh and Philly are in the 70% reporting zone and as Biden picks up the majority of these votes, Trump will still pick up a fraction of them.

It's b/c of the sheer number of those votes. 30% of the biggest numbers in the state is a big number

Earlier King said what's left is mail in votes that were skewed as much as 75-25 Biden and that over a million were left to count
