Who knows lol But they have both carried out massively targeted campaigns to grab whatever they can get, and spent millions (Biden 3x more than Trump) on ads, emails, TV commercials, radio slots, etc. Trump constantly called out Biden previously calling young black men "super predators" in his campaign, so things like that will resonate you'd imagine.
