Apparently it is important for some late votes to be counted, even if that delays being able to announce on election night...at least when they are GOP votes

Large chunk of votes called, Biden in some counties has already scored more votes with just 75% of the votes counted than Clinton got total in 2016.

He looked around 4-5% more votes, Trump looks a few percentage points down across the board.
