PIE hasn't existed since 1984 and the link was tenuous at best.
So which "numerous" paedophile groups do Labour "have ties" to?
You can't make a claim like that without substantiating it.
And Blair was never any more than soft left during his time in the Labour party, so you're talking about student flirtation with communism, which is hardly uncommon. Not like spending a couple of years as a fully-paid-up member of the NF.
I hate Blair and wish he would catch fire, for what its worth.
I can make any claim that I wish as long as it's true. If you really want more information on the facts it's almost as simple as typing "Labour party paedophiles" into Google. I just did and the very first link has archives of a shockingly large number of councillors, lords and candidates all convicted for either possession of indecent images or actual harassment. Actually found it quite saddening. The point I'm trying to make here, anyway, is that Labour does, whether you or anyone else likes it or not, have ties with paedophilia, yet nobody seems to hold that against them. The second a UKIP candidate says the word "immigrant" in a way which could even be perceived to be slightly negative, the media and hoards of angsty left-wingers are on them like springing a mouse trap. The second a Conservative or Lib Dem avoids a penny of tax, the media is on them.
People say that because a minority of UKIP might be racist, all of UKIP are racist. These are largely the same people that argue against the idea that because Islam has some terrorists, it is a violent religion. Double standards and hypocrisy everywhere. People don't make the assumption that all of Labour are paedophiles because that's ridiculous, just like it's ridiculous to assume that Islam is extremist, or UKIP is racist.
At least we have a mutual dislike for Blair.
Yknow what, you're right. Being linked with racists and fascists ain't all so bad when you put it in that context, I'm gonna vote the UKIPs after all!
Except two wrongs don't make a right mate. It is no defence to Ukip to just bash Labour. Regardless of how tenuous or valid your allegations about the Labour party may be, it doesn't make UKIP any less a party full of bigots.
Your patronising tone isn't needed mate. As I've said above, I'm not trying to excuse UKIP's failures, or attack Labour, but rather pointing out the huge double standard against the two parties. People jumping on the hate-UKIP bandwagon as the media tells them to, while there are much more serious problems closer to home.
