Do you guys fancy Adam Johnson to join you? I think he would do well for you and better at Goodison than at Sunderland. I think he has done his time at City.

I'd love to see him in the Blue of Everton but think he's off to Sunderland.
He's a wasted talent on your bench or in your ressies.

Thanks for those kind words BigJoe.

Also thanks for giving us 6 points every season, and thanks for taking our 6th best central midfielder off our hands for £15mil

You really have been our nemisis over the years, hopefully we will get our revenge with six points this year, that said the two points you took off United were more than adequate compensation!!

Alot of the bad feeling is the way your manager and board behaved when they first got a "no" to sign £e$cott and then went to the papers and leaked that he would have gotten a lot more cash if he went there... even though that's not allowed and a very lowly way to unsettle a player in another team. Can you blame Moyes for not liking your club that much after that?

The comment your current manager spewed out didn't really soothe the wounds. But thx for coming here to congratulate us, hope you do the same when we beat you. ;-)

His salary will place him out of our reach, unless he accept a fairly large paycut of course.

Hi you Toffees

I am a Man City fan who comes here in peace. I just wanted to say three things to you

1. Thank you, thank you very much for the 4-4 draw with United, which undoubtedly boosted our club and inspired us to go on and win the Prem,

2. Thank you for outclassing (beacuse you did) and beating United on Monday, a great start to the eason for you and a ****e start for them.

3. Finally I have never heared such an ungracious managers interview after the match as that which was give by Fergusson. To suggest they outplayed you and then go on to say their keeper had a great game is nothing short of shameless. You did what you had to do to beat them, and rather than "lumping the ball up to Fellini" I thought your play was great.

I wish you well for the rest of the season (except when we meet of course) and hope you finish above United and Liverpool.

Thank you!!

Aguero's goal sent shivers down my spine. I spent an hour basking in the all-consuming glory of that win.

Then the sadness and envy set in. I know it's nothing I'll ever experience as an Everton fan.

All I can say is mate, don't ever forget where you came from. The pain of those early years at the City of Manchester Stadium is what made games like QPR and the 1-6 win at Old Trafford (happiest I've ever been at a game that didn't involve Everton winning/Liverpool losing) all the sweeter.

Also David Silva is my favourite non-Everton player. I love watching him play. Absolute class.

I don't mind City, I think Mancini is a decent manager who is prone to sayin some daft things like, not gonna lay an egg over it like. .

I hate City and think Mancinic is 1 bad, bad bell.

But this lad has come on and not been a tit, so I aint gonna make him suffer for his Manager.

Would be a great signing. Really rate him. Money would be a slight problem tho. Man City have had a quiet summer so far not what I was expecting

Welcome BigJoe!!

I agree with all you say about the Lescott, however that was with our worst ever manager Mark Hughes (he was/is hopeless as a manager) and if I had any ill feeling toward you I would wish him upon you, which I don't.

As fans/supporters we shouldn't let that spoil our enjoyment of the game or the banter we could and should have with each other. Leave the bitterness (except in the case of United and Liverpool) to others.
