okay this whole thing isn't really that difficult to sort out

shabs commented on foreign dandy's, obviously not referring to anyone on our team, but just how foreign styles of play tend to rely more on tricks while the english style is more gritty, he was obviously grouping lescott's style of play into the "not foreign" category.

ghost got mixed up and asked if he was calling lescott foreign, to which shabs accused him of being foreign for even suggesting that, he just didn't make that point very clear.

then they went on about it in a stupid manner, ghosts tried to understand his side and shabs wouldn't explain.

shabs, sometimes it can seem like people are attacking you or cornering you, but you can't take these seriously, have you guys noticed this thread has completely moved away from discussion about our game against shitteh

just make sure you don't approach these discussions with the mentality that people are trying to attack you, stick to the issues at hand and it should all run smoothly. i understand you may feel a bit targeted after ghost accused you of supporting the unholy reds, but you have to understand redshite fans come on here all the time on windups so we're just a bit cautious, is all. if you're a blue, which i have no reason to doubt at this point, you'll be fine on here. stick to your views on the team and not your views on any other posters.

Mate, the name Keith Shabs is in forum folklore as a RS wind up merchant. He starts a post about how we should drop Howard and bring in Carlo Nash. Ridiculous, plus many of his other comments - saying that I am not a true fan because I only have a tattoo, and that he is because he cancelled his Tesco's clubcard. Do you know what I mean?

Mind you I am starting to get suspicious that it may be someone we already know and love. Hmmm.

Sorry to join this late, but I just can not believe anyone would think Howard had a bad game.

I know I am normaly biased when it comes to supporting keepers, but I thought Howard was pretty damn good against Villa. Got a hand to Sidwells goal which was alot closer than any other Everton player got to the ball in the first 34 seconds! Did all that was expected to narrow down the angle when left hopelessly exposed for the second. Got very close to the third. Was great coming off his line too. I would never pick Nash over Howard if I was ever given the opportunity.
