TO BEHONEST.

The way its worded by that Si at a minimum

Its a really good sly dig at Liverpool anyway ;)

"Apparently, one of the parties interested in purchasing Liverpool Football Club have turned their attention to the Blues, believing the manager and squad to be superior, as well as being available for a fraction of the cost."

BRAVO for that at a minimum

I wont believe it.

It's season ticket time isn't it? These rumours always surface around now.

Did anyone see Titus Bramble's bit of skill for Wigan today against West Ham? I'm not joking, it was the most sublime thing I have ever seen.

Seeing a player like Titus being capable of producing art like that has restored my faith a bit, it makes it seem like miracles can happen. Maybe we will get taken over after all.

Its that sort of bollocks we should avoid.

We've seen what's been going on with Aston Villa and Birmingham, West Ham, Portsmouth, the RS and more.

What we need is someone to part/full finance the stadium ....

None of this promising to spend all this fantasy cash on players.

THERES NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH.

The club's got to be run as a going concern.

We had European, NWDA, and local govt development money ready to majority finance Kings Dock. Fortunately Bill wasn't fooled. (y)

Right, been looking into this a bit, and all I can tell is that there mighhhtt possiblly be something in this.

I'm talking a million to one, but just maybe.

And no matt, no one want's us loaded with millions of pounds of unservicable debt. Just not having to sell players would be nice.

Or a new stadium.

If it was by some crazy chance true then the recent decline in other clubs should teach wannabe owners a few early lesson in football management.
Unless the new owners are like Citys owners who make more interest per day day to do what they want at City then they need to be very careful and carry on letting Moyes run the club the way he has been doing letting him add here and there and taking it all very slowly.
Everton as a club are in a pretty decent position compared to other clubs in the prem, lets keep it that way. I think Moyes will be the key for any possible take over, they will need him to stay no matter what. If I had that kind of money I would require him be a big part of the deal.
Of course we are a business these days but you can still see some grass roots if you look close enough, Id like that to stay with us.

I dont think BK will just take any offer either. I think he will want some of his money back which is fair enough or even that back in shares but I am 100% that he really does wnat the best for the club and the fans.

Anyway, I dont even believe it so...anyone for pims?

Sounds good, I've always dreamt of the day we'd have the funds the buy players like Danny Mills and Dickov!
