Listened to it on the radio, sounded like an awful first half but a decent second were we could have easily scored 4 or 5.

Well done blue's!!!!'

Very good win, well done Everton. Momentum needed from this, Gibbo made a big difference by giving us a platform to attack from.

He's not world class that's for sure.

I've always thought though that this Everton team has found blend difficult to find in CM partnerships. Sometimes you stumble into it and it clicks and just works results-wise. There's a suspicion that we need a definite boss-assistant/artist/artisan duo in that pairing. We've had too many chiefs in there in the recent past and it can overcomplicate what should be a simple partnership.

I do agree. Think if we had a creative force in the middle, the wondering and swapping Rodwell and Fellaini do would stop, same with Heitinga.

Gibbo does keep it simple. He sat deep with Neville, didnt really push himself to get forward because he didnt need to, which what certain players get hammered for in these types of games. If Pienaar wasnt on his game today, we'd struggle because of that.

But I think we have players that just offer that little more which does take you over the line.

Some humble posts on the swans forum tbf.

A few of them saying they were 'tonked', outclassed and need bringing back down to earth!

He's brilliant. I can't think of anyone I'd rather have championing the kopites in local media than Aldridge.

He's a perfect representation of them.

He's a bad bad tit, i saw him last week at Liverpools academy when i watched Liverpool reserves vs Arsenal Reserves, as i was walking out of the bogs after dropping a dirty deuce he was walking towards the playing fields, we made eye contact, he said alright and i just looked away and carried on walking like a boss.

That was nice. And by that I meant the masturbating monkey. Happy days. Kinda nice that I was fuming at the team selection and ended up in joy joy. Works better than the other way around. Now to spank my monkey.

yep, spot on. i live in swansea so probs the first evertonian back from the game, gibbo did his job well, neville was very good to be fair to him, fella was good when he came on even though he was up top, jelavic had a really good game bar the horror miss, glad he got his goal. we outplayed them playing good footy on the deck, just wish we could do it more often.

negatives were osman playing RM, he had a shocker tbf, pienaar was fairl gash in the 1st half, much better 2nd, and cahill looked absolutely spent at times, his pace was remaniscent of a 50 year old, him off for fellaini sort of changed the match, however, we were starting to dictate things before that.

good win and confidence before the FA Cup game
