A non event so far Ross Kev and Rom are playing like they just woke up from a night out,Barry his usual excellent self, also it was a booking for cheating not simulation

Poor first half, must be Barkleys worst half ever. Only Barry, Bolasie and Guye doing ok. Mirallas hasnt improved, when he gets the ball he passes backwards or sideways, no hunger to get forward. Baines isnt as he was two years ago.

Really not much you can do against a Moyes side when your striker is in such poor form. Barkley and Kev need to create some shots. The defenders are giving them space and they are still trying to hit congested areas.

That was just plain ol' poor. Too much tippy tappy crap at the back and offering next to nothing going forward. Mirallas and Barkley having shockers. Thank God for Barry and Gueye. I really miss the days when Baines and Coleman would bomb on and go past the last man. Baines seems scared to go past the half way line.

Yala has done well. Really tried to do things even if it's not always coming off. Jags looks very solid. Kev and Ross well below average.

For 30 million, I want more than a trier, he's got no excuses about not playing in the league either, he's been average as.

Lukaku has been worse. At least Barkley is on the ball and being crap, whereas Lukaku has done absolutely nothing.
This, at least Ross and Bolasie have been on the ball and trying with the odd spark, Kev and Lukaku have been utterly anonymous.

Yet out of nowhere pulled off that great header.

Regardless of what that dope Beglin (I think it's him) is saying on Sky, it was a cracking effort. Great save.

All three of Rom, Barks and Kev need to improve though. Too often there's a huge gap between the midfield and Rom, which neither Barkley or Mirallas are plugging, and that leads to us playing it hopefully to Rom and losing the ball.

....very disappointing fayre, work in progress but I've not particularly enjoyed watching us this season. Mirallas and Barkley's performances mean we don't look like getting through the opposition, the only threat is Bolasie crosses and they have dominant CBs.

More solid at the back, full backs not 'grazing' like under RM but very little link opportunities for Baines restricts a major part of his game. Let's hope we improve 2nd half, it won't take much to do so.
