Lukaku showing signs for Belgium of being back on it should give us a lot of confidence. I'll be amazed if he doesn't bag in the next two games, at least once.

I'm still not massively confident though. Defoe to nick one for them late on after we go ahead. 1-1 and an opportunity missed.

I've not mentioned it so far so as not to encourage someone to make it, but if we win, I'm sure the "points from the next X games" thread will come up and we'll immediately hit a rough patch.

No, no it isn't.

Just like it isn't the Pop Lolly lady who helps children get to school safely.

Why would anyone split Lollipop into two words and then switch them round (Pop Lolly)? It's Ice Lollie - Just like I'd say "wooden door" instead of "door wooden".

As for Monday then of course I hope we smash them. I bear no grudges against Moyes as without him there's a very good chance we'd have ended up like Leeds. It can't be overestimated just how bad we were when he took over and he improved things no end with not much money at all.

Made up to hear mate. Absolutely not no, it's a natural supplement. How many mg you taking?

Mirtazapine is for when all else fails.
I only took one tab (200 mg) and it seemed to work. Used it twice and worked both times. Be interesting to see if I can get regular sleep without a constant need for them.

Do some research rather than trusting a tit on the internet obviously but I think it's sound to use for long term as it's a natural supplement mate.

You're meant to be have 400mg of it a day from your normal diet but as far as I know there's no side effects by going over that within reason. I take about 400 or 500mg of it dependent on the day and it helps me sleep.

Anyway baby steps so far with it so hope it sticks, once you drag your body into a pattern it can form rapidly, so slowly but hope you get there.

Going to prober sink me teeth into this now. Like prober. They'll be deep sea diving for my teeth. They'll be making historically inaccuracies Oscar winning movies about my teeth.

I was always sceptical towards 'natural' remedies, but the proof of the pudding - - - I wonder if it's the placebo effect ? Anyway, who cares, it seems to work, thanks for your help.

Yes mate, I also wonder about the placebo affect, especially when it comes to something like sleeping as a lot of the problems are caused by stress and anxiety so a placebo can quash them.

Magnesium is needed in your body for your nervous system though so it figures. I've been using it for about a year on an off and when I go to using it I notice the difference. Coupled with the doctor telling me the magnesium levels in my blood were low it does likely conclude that there is some benefit from it, the extent of that of course is debatable.

Agree. Those threads should be banned. Any anyone starting those threads should be banned too.;)

I wonder if insomnia is correlated with Everton's results. No wonder we can't sleep. I look forward to Monday night. :)

The point is it's a Lollipop, not a pop Lolly. The two items share a common feature, the stick (which is what the Lolly part refers to). There is a universal agreement that the Lolly part comes first when referring to Lollipops, but for some reason WOOLS have decided that it should be the ice part that comes first when referring to 'ice Lollies'. They are, of course, wrong about this. Sadly this ignorance has spread, and is resulting in things such as 'cake pops', when it is obvious that such items should be referred to as 'Lolly cakes'.

This is such a winning argument I am going to use it every time from now on.

Well in scratchers.

Do you do alternating shift work too? If so, jib it man, your body needs patterns.

No one appreciates sleep until they can't get it for a prolonged period. It's better than any drug out there. I realise it now.

Really hope the magnesium is a cure for yours, although as always there'll be set backs, keep on it.
