think wide areas could be key here, apparently their central defence did well last week...that van aanholt always looks a bit dodgy so hopefully we can exploit him

Looking forward to this, a fully fit strongest XI available and a decent bench, plus a nice long break for them to work on things.

Lolly ice!

Watch Everton turn up looking shattered with woefully low energy levels now. lol

No excuse not to smash these - they are absolutely rubbish.

I think every team in the premier league needs not to be taken lightly, they are all tough fixtures. Any team on any day can turn in a performance.

I believe that when you turn up expecting to win the problems occur, so we need to be switched on from the start and use the pace, power and attacking prowess we have got and go out and make a big statement with a win.

Williams and Jags need to be on their toes as Defoe is always dangerous.

Agree, the players should never think like the fans. I understand any team can be dangerous and a challenge, but this is one of the worst teams in the league. We should be beating these 9 times out of 10, and comfortably so. Let's hope they can do it, but let's be honest a last-minute 1-0 win will do the trick just as well as a 4-0 hammering!

I'm expecting a very tight game, with Everton hopefully having the extra quality to get a goal when things open up towards the end.

Koeman seems to have sorted the concentration issues out, so I'm more confident than I would have been last season. Maybe Lukaku will feel he owes Kone a game after their last meeting, too.

One of the most flagrantly disinterested performances I've ever seen from a centre forward.

Moyes will have them organised and I'm not expecting to be entertained, though reckon we should win by the odd goal. They only have Defoe up front and as much as I rate him, I'm not sure he can lead the line for 90 minutes and don't think they will pose much of a threat overall.

The only other equally terrible example I can think of is Yakubu, after he decided he was no longer playing for Middlesbrough.

They were live on Sky on a Monday night and he point blank refused to run.

You had to say it, didn't you.
Know which way to bet now at least!

My s'land mate rates him offensively but not at all defensively. So need to terrorise him so he doesn't get any ideas about bringing it into our half

If we can score early then they'll be forced to come at us and if that happens can see us bumming them into oblivion.
