If we could finish in the top four then I would hope tghat Lukaku would agree to stay and, if so, I would think that we could agree a fee with Chelsea especially if they make a marquee striker signing themselves. We are a different team with a powerful striker like Lukaku up front and for what he gives us (not just in goals but by generally fightening defenders and creating space) I would pay £20m or a bit more for him. Having got £28m for Fellaini that would represent very good business.

We should make signing Lukaku our biggest priority, I'm sure we could strike a deal with Chelsea to get him on strap over the next 20 years or something. It's not like they need the cash straight away.

Dont rate Rodriguez for us. He's a runner and a good finisher. Is perfect in counterattacking teams like Liverpool and Southampton who like to play with all their team facing the same way, pressurising the opponents or running onto long and through balls. Like Henderson though he looked woeful for England when he was tasked with creating something against a packed defense. He would have this problem every week at Everton due to the way we play.
