To repeat myself, it wasnt me who initially said Moyes had turned down Kayode.

I'm the one who wanted him well in advance of him moving to Brentford. No inside track on him.

But he was indeed turned down by Moyes according to others. In the first window, along with the two I know he turned down:

Valued at 45m though which may be a bit rich for our new owners
Him Garner and KDH would be a serviceable midfield for a few years
Rohl Armstrong and one more to come in to rotate
