And regreted it.If Everton get an ambitious manager in Pickford wouldn't last a season if he couldn't command his box.
Pep dropped Joe Hart at Manchester City when he was England no 1.

He’s the type, people will say he will develop into a top top player except he never does and we will turn around one day and he will be like this at 27.
The dude can’t pass the ball and that’s a problem for a PL midfielder, he also struggles under pressure when he has no time to think. His attributes are size, athleticism and he’s a great little last ditch tackler.
it’s cash in time in my opinion mate.
Think he's forgot that a young players value drops the first season at EvertonChrist lad he isn't even through the door yet and you already have a re-evaluation on him.

Must be the same problem KDH has then given he has the same pass completion rate.
He's 22 and trying to make sense of playing in one of the worst footballing teams in the PL and being handed zero help from a clueless manager who has no clue how to teach a possession based game and would rather just keep on buying midfielders in the hope one arrives who can work in the team or develop by themselves.
As well as his passing, his stamina is a big worry for me. For the games he does play well, he fades/tires out of games. Doing great to win the ball back only to then immediately give it away, will not see us progress. I’ve rooted for him to do well and kick on when given his opportunity, but I don’t think he’ll ever help us kick on with such poor passing ability (Rohl’s passing concerns me too) With no European games, his opportunities would be limited so I’d cash in now if possible.
But all passes aren’t created equally. He struggles with very simple ones mate. While KDH, will take on more high risk, cerebral ones or in general control tempo or switch or spread the play.
Honestly I think he’d struggle under any other manager but Moyes, I think he’s in for his size and athleticism as opposed to his technical ability…he’s Doucoure handy heir 5is season fir those attributes. But I think we’l move in from it.
The point is though that you cant judge a midfielder in this terrible Everton team that has no shape to it and where a manager just isn't able to grasp what a CM is there to achieve. I've seen Iroegbunam provide the sort of energy and combatively you need there on lots pf occasions. As said: youngbplayer needs mentoring, but he has the physique and ability to achieve.
But let's not do that. Let's all clap as the clueless manager just spends more money on another CM and hopes he gets the next one who can come in and miraculously make the grade.
Hackney btw is an utter roll of the dice.

Moyes prefers Gueye over him.
He did, I thought it was more to do with his kicking skilld though but I get your point. Pickford gets a lifelong pass because he is good and well, we are EvertonIf Everton get an ambitious manager in Pickford wouldn't last a season if he couldn't command his box.

He said so himself in an interview last week.Yeah, you reckon? Went on to absolutely sweep up everything available while Hart bombed out at West Ham and Burnley and ended up at Celtic.
