Yeah that run in after Chelsea was pathetic even by our own standards.I'm not it will happen after a few losses, Moysey has lost a lot of goodwill thanks to our pathetic run in and failure to get Europe with it.

Exciting and good aren't the same thing. I like him but his goals and assists stats show that he's replaceable. Will he be "unreal in a proper team"? Maybe, but even if he is his productivity with us still isn't great.Ndiaye leaving is going to be a real kick in the balls.
Also will end up making people on here look silly for saying he's not that good. He will be unreal in a proper team.
I just don't understand how these things don't count against Moyes at all in the eyes of Kinnear and TFG.
One of our best players turning down multiple contract offers, and George not being convinced about his playing time. That can't be in the '2 window plan'
We haven't had a player have a really good g/a return in how long? Since Calvert Lewin Ancelotti season probably and before that not since Lukaku. There are deeper underlying issues here that are not to do with individual players.Exciting and good aren't the same thing. I like him but his goals and assists stats show that he's replaceable. Excellent pointHow does he fix glaring issues with how he approached the last couple months if he doesn't believe he did anything significantly wrong?
It's not all about stats though, he brought a degree of confidence to the team and style of play, happy to carry and retain the ball. Meaning less time for us on the back foot chasing shadows. We've lacked a proper baller for years, relying on set pieces to salvage points. It's been a real breath of fresh air having someone with Ndiaye's skill and creativity playing for us. I'll be gutted to see him go if that's true.Exciting and good aren't the same thing. I like him but his goals and assists stats show that he's replaceable. Will he be "unreal in a proper team"? Wilson got a lot more time on the pitch to score goals and also had proactive FBs behind himI think we have an option with George, which normally indicates pre-agreed terms. They’re normally options to purchase, not options to negotiate a possibility. I’m not that convinced by him tbh.
I would rather spend the money on Harry Wilson on a free, even if he does get a hefty signing on bonus or increased wages. The main reason for this is because Wilson has, y’know, been scoring goals and that, whereas George has done nothing but look a bit energetic with his zero goals and zero assists. I think he also managed to pass the ball forward a few times as well.
The creativity you mention doesn't amount to much end product. I'd rather he stayed but I'm not concerned about him leaving. I'd be terrified about how they'd spend the money though. It's not all about stats though, he brought a degree of confidence to the team and style of play, happy to carry and retain the ball. I think that's just it. I can see us buying a stable/safe/Static/uncreative bunch of players and with our negative tactics we'll be back to scrapping the odd point here and there. The creativity you mention doesn't amount to much end product. Remember in the days of Kenwright they’d sack someone then talk about advertising the role, like it was going in the Echo or on LinkedIn….pure amateur hour (which is being unfair to amateurs). That’s why you sack a manager when you’ve already got his replacement lined up. Starting your search for a new manager AFTER sacking your incumbent is what stupid clubs do, I.e what we’ve done under Moshiri for the past decade.
He’ll get more space in a better team as 1) they likely to have better attacking intent 2) likely more possession and 2) will play alongside better players, so opposition can’t just focus on him. His goals or assists conversion may remain the same but he’ll just generally get more chances to assist or convertExciting and good aren't the same thing. Please don'tBring us the one they call El Hadji Malick Diouf.
It’s criminal how much we neglect the full back positions. Surely you can get a couple of very good ones to plug and play for 5 years at least for £25m each.
I think there are much better rbs out there, at value, than AWB, so would sooner save the money and give Patterson a run.
We need to look much broader than just pl experience, we would’ve signed Tete if he hadn’t have knocked us back ffs.
Stability though.
Likely Man Utd. Wouldn't be surprised if Spurs and Newcastle have a go too.
Are you on mushrooms ? LoonyImagine Truffert & Kayode Thelwell could have had both for under £30mil
David Moyes said no.
Tete was a Rohl (sell) type injury prone signing.
We need players who can do 38 games with minimal injuries. Especially with a manager who favours a small squad.
Ndiaye to United or Newcastle gives the most income you'd think.
A swap deal for Miley or Lewis Hall and were laughing.
