Player Valuation: £70m
Exactly the type of transfer we have done in the past and should be avoiding now. Good player but can barely get on the pitch due to injury

Guardiola has gave him less mins than ever this season which tells it's own storyHe's one of those who people see dominated physically but still has had a fair number of games for "the best manager in the league".
Must be something Guardiola sees?
For me, he looks decent apart from when defending against powerful players. Not sure why hes not bulked up.
BBC Football Gossip saying we are interested in Stones who will be a free agent in the summer. I will be physically sick if this waste of space comes back.
Is that more that Pep ‘evolved’ their back four again and Stones is the wrong side of 26 years old?Guardiola has gave him less mins than ever this season which tells it's own story
You ask an excellent question Zat. I've seen Lewis play very many games and I have no idea where he should play .He does indeed. He also loves a player who can play multiple positions.
What does this mean? You dont think he is suited to playing RB?
I've seen him have some really poor games for City at RB. He's typically looked good going forward though.
What position do you think suits him?
Hes a wriggler and seems to get out of problems by a turn or a wriggle.
When a player is physical with him, he's really caught out. Could expect Moyes to improve him here as he has with Aznou
Funny thing though how Pep seems to love him and has given him so many games over the years, Carsley too.
A very good point. If it wasnt Moyes i'd say that it takes the pressure off him and can develop at his own pace.
But yeah we know Moyes will stick with experience.

He’s a throwback to two defences ago now.
Can people stop spouting 'pay as you play' contracts.Only pay as you play and not on the wages he's on, sorry but I thought the days of us paying for crocks had gone.
The younger the better ehSurely have to be after him & Monga.

He's neat and tidy in possession but is ridiculously lightweight and too easily knocked off the ball to be a defender and he also lacks great pace.
He could probably play centre mid in a league where there is limited contact but even then his range of passing isn't that impressive.
Rico Lewis is bang average. Came out all flash but soon tapered off. May as well be Brendan Galloway.
The only redeemable thing with Lewis is that if you buy low enough, you might be able to afford to experiment with him in midfield. But it's the type of gamble and experiment you'd want to do cheap because if it failed, you have a championship level right back like Max Aarons.
Leon Osman and Pienaar werent exactly big bruisers, Moyes seemed to find a space for em...
He's finished I think. Too injury prone.
