He played 33 times for a team that won the double and lost a CL Final....!!!
Starting 19 games last season and only one of those was in the CL. He is not a Juve first 11 player... Gets a chance when someone else is injured.

I've not really seen enough of this guy to comment though. He obviously has enough in his locker to play for a top side.

He is probably at the top of his game now, better than he has ever been.
 

Ogbonna could potentially be better than Dann if he adapts to the Premier League. In Dann we know what we will get because he's already proven.

Both players are in a very good age for a defender, difficult choice for me.

Considering we have two first choice centre halfs, on the basis that Ogbonna has more potential, I'd go with him.
 

Would imagine Ogbonna at 27 would be looking for first team football, so couldn't see him willing to sit on the bench behind Jags and Stones.

.....it's all about any incoming player making a place for himself. If they get a chance they need to prove they are worthy of the shirt, it's a nice headache for the manager. Buying players to potentially improve the team improves the squad.
