it depends. for me you shouldn't lose your job due to injury. if Rom gets benched for playing like crap then podolski or whoever the back up is lights things up then fair enough. but if Rom misses 2-3 weeks with a sprain and the backup plays well those games Rom shouldnt be kept on the bench when healthy
