My opinion is that unless our recruitment has a remarkable improvement in the next fortnight, then we will have a disappointing season, even if we appointed Pep Guardiola, Ancelotti, or anyone else as manager

This squad is really bad. So many bad players and so many areas we just have no one. No manager is having a successful season without any available full backs, without any wide right players, an unproven striker and an average striker, and only 2 real quality players at goalkeeper and centre half, one of whom is injured.

Either sign the right players or we will be down the bottom again.

I'm sad to say Tim struggled badly last night, and against one of the poorer midfields we will face. He's not a top flight level player.

What evidence is there to suggest that Barry is even an upgrade on DCL? From the admittedly little I’ve seen frankly I’ve been alarmed at just how “not ready” he is. He looks absolutely nowhere near ready to start in this league.

Who do you think will start more games and get more goals this season Barry or DCL? I think I will go with Barry, we have played one game and he is still adjusting to life in the PL. Not good news for this month but I think we will see big improvements after the international break, takes time for players to get to know each others movements etc. DCL, well lets just say I would never back him, worst No.9 in the premier league for the last few years in my books.

Poor gameplan. Our transition from defense to attack was relying on a right footed LB, a CB at RB, and two CMs allergic to the ball. Any any long ball put forward came right back because of our striker.

Agreed no idea why he didnt play McNeil left back as he has played that position before but sticks a player who is right footed in a position not played before and we also weakened the mid field which we all could see but we still didnt change anything at half time , Beto was having one of those games and should have been pulled it was just a mare last night
