They're not struggling, they've got better and fuller teams already that need fewer additions and have all done business on a player or two.

We need a full team here and are still up to "we've replaced the subs currently".

Barry, KDH and Alcaraz haven't been bought to be subs imo. Aznou will be at first but hopefully earns a starting place this season. The business we've done I honestly think has been decent so far in terms of the quality of player coming in. Yes we have a lot to do and that's stressful, yes it's disappointing being swerved by players we've been in for, but I'm not at a point of being really worried (yet).

KDH announced tomorrow, Grealish I think will happen quickly out of the blue in the next few days then things would suddenly look very different.

I would put them both at Tier Z (Someone who pretends to be an ITK but gets their information via browsing the web and then posts maybes and possible’s ensuring no accountability to themselves)
