100% nonsense. It makes no financial sense for any party involved. Leeds won’t take a loss against PSR when he’s on the books for £2.75 million, Harrison won’t take a pay cut when he’s on £90k a week for the next three years, and Moyes can be polite and try to motivate a player without being willing to spend millions better spent elsewhere.
